How to play
Before you start investigating.
Do I need a printer?
No. Both cases can be played in your browser. Seat 14 can also be played entirely with its two PDFs; Before the Demolition uses the website for questions, additional evidence, hints and the ending.
Can I play alone?
Yes. Solve the same case solo, as a couple or around a shared table with a small group. There are no character roles to assign.
What if I get stuck?
Reveal hints one level at a time, when you need them. You can also choose to open the ending after a warning that it will reveal the solution.
Can I take a break?
Seat 14 saves your notes in the same browser on the same device, with no account or syncing. Before the Demolition lets you recover progress and notes with the same verified email, including on another device. Use one screen at a time.
Which languages are available?
Both stories are available in English and Spanish. Seat 14 has a web game and PDFs for each language; a purchase of Before the Demolition includes both editions.
Can I replay a case?
You can revisit the evidence, but you will already know the solution. Each case is a standalone investigation.
